Quantitative analysis of water poverty in England and Wales

As part of taking forward the Public Interest Commitment to make bills affordable as a minimum for all households with water and sewerage bills more than 5% of their disposable income by 2030 and develop a strategy to end water poverty, and to inform CCW’s Affordability Review,  Water UK commissioned CEPA to analyse the level of water poverty in 2019/20 across England and Wales.
