The latest data from CCWater on household customers’ views on their water and sewerage services is good news, with 94% of customers satisfied with their water supply.
The findings illustrate that companies’ efforts to drive service improvements are leading to greater satisfaction across the industry. Water companies will continue to work hard to provide the very best services and improve customer satisfaction even further.
CCWater’s findings show an overall customer satisfaction with their water supply of 94%, a 1% increase on last year’s results. Satisfaction with value for money is also improving, rising by 6% in the past year.
As well as service improvements, the sector is also constantly taking action to improve affordability. This is why it is likely average bills for water and wastewater customers will fall by around 5% in real terms between 2015 and 2020. Water companies also allocate millions of pounds of funding each year to help customers struggling to pay their bills.
