Drought Resilience Metric: Development of a ‘Certainty Grade'

As one of the next steps arising from the Water Resources Long Term Planning Framework study, Atkins were commissioned to develop a drought resilience metric and an approach to certainty grading. The metric and certainty grading has been reflected by Ofwat in its PR19 Final Methodology and the common metric on drought resilience.
