Bin the Wipe Pin Badge Offer - Terms and Conditions
1. Water UK is offering a free Bin the Wipe pin badge to individuals who meet the criteria noted in clause 8 below (“Eligible Individual/s”) as part of a promotional campaign.
2. Advertisements offering the pin badge will be placed in The House magazine. To receive the pin badge, eligible individuals must submit your name, role, email and postal address to Water UK via the online form. By submitting your email address, you consent to Water UK emailing you news alerts. You may unsubscribe from Water UK news alerts at any time.
3. Data obtained from you in connection with this promotion may include your email address, your postal address, your title, your first name, your last name, the time and date of your submission, your route to the landing page and any other information that you may provide.
4. This offer is available to the intended recipients of the promotion only, and we reserve the right to refuse the free pin badge to anyone who has signed up from non-approved channels.
5. Free pin badges are subject to availability and only while stock lasts for the duration of the campaign. Water UK reserves the right to withdraw this promotion at any time.
6. Only 1 request for a pin badge per Eligible Individual will be accepted.
7. The pin badge is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available.
8. Water UK’s pin badge promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Water UK, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the promotion (“Eligible Individual/s”).
9. No responsibility is taken for requests which are incomplete; from which the Eligible Individual cannot be identified; or for any technical failure or event, beyond our reasonable control, which may cause the request to be disrupted or corrupted.
10. We aim to dispatch your pin badge within 6 to 8 weeks of receiving your request. If you do not receive your pin badge within 8 weeks from submitting your request, you can contact comms@water.org.uk to check the status of your delivery. No responsibility is taken for items which are lost or damaged in transit.

13. Eligible Individuals are deemed to have accepted, and agreed to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions upon entry. Water UK reserves the right to refuse to award the pin badge to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
14. Water UK reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, Water UK will not, in any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate any individual, or accept any liability for any loss, or damage, as a result of accepting the pin badge except where it is caused by the negligence of Water UK. Your statutory rights are not affected. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions seeks to limit or exclude Water UK liability for personal injury or death that is, after investigation, attributable to one or all of them.
16. The promotion will be governed by English law, and the parties to these Terms and Conditions irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

By entering into this promotion you consent to Water UK processing your data in accordance with the Data Protection Laws (this means the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and any legislation which amends, re-enacts or replaces those laws in England and Wales; the Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, together with any legislation which replaces it; and at all times, any other data protection laws and regulations applicable in England and Wales.
19. Your data will only be used for the purposes outlined above unless we have had previous consent, or receive further consent, from you to use it otherwise. We will not share your information with any third party organisations except where:
o In order to fulfil supporter requests it is a necessary part of the process, or
o We are required to do so by operation of law.
