When reviewing income and expenditure forms, we take into consideration the amount of any disposable income and the offer they have made to us against their arrears. If the offer is reasonable, then we will accept their proposal. However, if the form indicates they could benefit from WaterSure, we would send out the forms and likewise with the EOS forms. If customers are on benefits, we would apply for deductions.
