Notes

No specific criteria but generally on income support/ job seekers allowance in a multi debt situation. Customer pays a set amount off their arrears plus current year's charges. For each £1 they pay we match £1 from their arrears. We match every 13 weeks. Outreach Worker for all UU schemes for Financially Vulnerable customers.
