Restart scheme 
Restart is offered as part of the WaterCare scheme. WaterCare also offers customers a Benefits Entitlement Check, Tariff Check, Home Water Audit and the installation of low tech water-saving devices.
 
Special tariffs 
WaterSure for those on certain income-related benefits and who either have three children under the age of 19 in full-time education and living in the property or use a lot of water due to a medical condition.

In terms of setting the customer up on a non-standard payment arrangement we would take the total household income and expenditure information into account along with the customer’s current circumstances.
