Notes

Review the amount of disposal income the customer states they have against what they are offering. Compare arrears they are paying with other utilities against what they are offering for arrears for their water services. Look at the amount customer is stating they pay on water charges against what they are actually paying.

Minimum amount for non-standard arrangement: this would normally be in line with the minimum Third Party Deductions amount i.e. approx £5 per week (arrears and current charges). However, if post County Court Claim and the court makes a judgment for a lesser amount then a plan will be set up accordingly or one of the caring agencies requests a lower amount due to extreme financial hardship.
