Restart scheme 
Customers are referred via CAB / Specialist Money Advice Centres. Once accepted customers are required to pay ongoing charges. Following agreement being maintained for 6 months, 50% arrears written off. Following agreement being maintained for 12 months, remaining 50% arrears written off.

Notes

Minimum amount for non standard arrangement: this is in line with the minimum Third Party Deductions amount of £3.25 per week (£14.08 per month).
