Charitable trust 
EOS fund, via an independently administered charitable fund to give financial help to customers who are in genuine need. EOS can provide grants to customers who can prove that financial help would make a long-term difference to their situation regarding water debt.
 
Special tariffs 
WaterSure for those on certain income-related benefits and who either have three children under the age of 19 in full-time education and living in the property or use a lot of water due to a medical condition. Call 01202 590 059 for more info or see application form online.
