Response to Ofwat consultation – Future strategy for customer charges for water and sewerage services

We support the broad principles proposed for the charging strategy and are pleased that Ofwat emphasises its duty to customers and consumers.

We believe that the value of the strategy depends on how well it adapts to different company approaches to charging and the extent to which it promotes sustainable development.
