Source is a platform established by the water industry to work towards the sustainability of water through development of the policy agenda. In 2006 Source took place at Lancaster Houses in London on 2 February, with an invited audience of decision-makers.

Every two years Source brings together the people and businesses responsible for water services with those who fund, regulate and rely upon those services.
The water sector is critical to the economy and quality of life but essentially dependent on the natural environment. This creates pressures that can be hard to reconcile.
Source 2006 addressed these diverse priorities in the context of current aspirations and workstreams, with the ulitmate aim of building a common agenda for water policy.
