There has been significant progress in areas that are high priority for customers but also contribute to long-term security of supply and service delivery:
• continuing high levels of drinking water quality
• fewer interruptions to supply and low pressure problems
• lower risk of sewer flooding
• leakage continues to fall
• growth in use of renewable energy.
