NERA report: Cost of Capital for PR09 (January 2009)

NERA prepared a cost of capital report for Water UK in June 2008 based on data up to the end of March 2008. This report is an update of the June report, also prepared by NERA. It takes into account conditions in the world’s financial markets, which have deteriorated significantly, and is based upon data up to the end of November 2008.
