What will the future be like over the next 25 years?
- "The ways in which we will fulfil our obligations will undoubtedly change over the next 25 years and beyond. We will have to adapt to evolving circumstances in the environment; there will be demographic shifts, changes in markets, in regulation, in political thinking, and of course in what our customers expect of us and what they are willing to pay for. All these changes will affect and shape what we do: from supplying water from sources to tap, to communicating with and serving our customers."
