"We have based our long term plans on two simple principles; providing a high quality and water efficient service. Our customers are at the centre of all that we do and we will ensure that they receive a service which is continually improved and remains excellent value. Underpinning this is a focus on the efficient use of water. We have seen a number of housing growth plans and as housing increases it places stress on our existing supplies. We will continue to safeguard our limited water resources by minimising waste ourselves and by educating and working with our consumers to do the same."
