Towards 2035
- In formulating or vision we have consulted widely with stakeholders: employees, customers, regulators and investors. As was expected, each stakeholder had a clear but different view to offer on the issues facing us. We have attempted to develop strategies that will deliver solutions for those problems already foreseen, with the flexibility to encompass the unforeseen.
The company details the extent of stakeholder research and presents strategy and predicted impact on costs in the context of key issues and stakeholder satisfaction.
