In order to be successful, water companies must be incentivised and regulated differently while improving relations with both customers and investors.
Stakeholders are invited to a meeting of the APPWG on 14 September, when Water UK Chief Executive Pamela Taylor will consider this and other challenges facing the water industry, as discussed in the industry's blueprint for policy action, Meeting Future Challenges, published earlier this year.
Key figures from across the industry as well as representatives from leading customer and environmental groups will attend, providing an opportunity for discussion on issues raised in the Meeting Future Challenges blueprint.
Date: 14 September 2010, 6-7pm
Venue: Committee Room 6, House of Commons, London SW1A 0AA
