Water company final business plans for price-setting include some ambitious proposals for extending metering over the next five years. The draft findings and recommendations from the independent Walker Review of Charging and Metering are now out. Against this backdrop, the event will explore the industry's approach to metering in the context of customers, water resources and asset management.
