Innovation Hub 2011, 16 June, London
A multi-stakeholder group established by Defra has now set priorities for future research and innovation in the water sector and will attend a panel discussion at the Water UK Innovation Hub.
The Water Sector Innovation Leadership Group (Defra, Water UK, Ofwat, DWI and Environment Agency) was set up in 2010 to provide focus and leadership to co-ordinate innovation across the sector.
Innovation will play a key role in the delivery of future services and improvements for customers and the environment, and for cost efficiencies.
The panel discussion, forming part of the second Water UK Innovation Hub, will explore the group's set of priorities, published last week, and consider how these might be delivered.
