Complaints down for third year running

The Consumer Council for Water’s latest report on complaints to water companies in England and Wales shows that complaints are down again, with the total now 32% lower than in 2007-08.

This further improvement is the result of work by water companies to get things right first time and to resolve quickly any problems that do occur. While this year’s figures are positive, companies know there is more to do. Even one complaint is one too many.
