In October last year, Infrastructure UK published its first National Infrastructure Plan and it won strong support from the coalition government. Their decision to prioritise infrastructure investment – and to do it so visibly – was exactly the sort of commitment that we were all looking for.
And it’s encouraging to see that Infrastructure UK has not stopped there. They have given us action as well as words!
